    Go-ahead announcement would be nice. But who knows what the share price will then do. May 3rd, IRD announced granting of two key approvals. SP opened 0.23, closed 0.28. Nothing AFAIK has changed since, yet SP opened today at 0.185 having recently been as low as 0.175 (37.5% below May 3rd close!). But maybe the market is waking up at last - buyer-seller are currently 0.185 - 0.24, and there aren't many sellers.
