Can someone tell me whether IGS $5.25m convertible note had any security over the assets of Santa Fe. IGS has lost with the 9m shares it had in Santa Fe.
Waterton and Sandstorm Gold had it appears loans of $20m to Santa Fe. Unsure whether these are secured by assets of Santa Fe.
So who forced Santa Fe into Chapter 11?
If the 3 major creditors we know of put Santa Fe in Chapter 11, then could IGS, Waterton and Sandstorm Gold now have access to the assets of Santa Fe? Not quite sure the workings of Chapter 11 in USA/Canada.
But might be some value to IGS - 20% of the gold mines that Santa Fe owns.
Depends if there are other creditors.
Thanks Kiwi67 for your comments and warnings.
Can someone tell me from a review of IGS 2014 annual accounts where Peter Landau is mentioned as a director or shareholder. Thanks.
Okap appear to have consulting agreement with IGS but it appears that this is linked to J Flegg being Company Secretary and CFO. Not really a decision maker. Gets paid pretty well for a very small company.
