Muthy has clearly left out mining in his MGDS Malawi Growth Development Strategy report some 6 months ago - he is also on record of saying Malawi has no minerals except for when it comes to the shady under table deals he conducts.
A new govt next year could be the same.
Time will tell as the only policy I've seen is Chilima of creating a million jobs. For the most part the various parties political public meetings are solely focused on sledging the hell out of each other - nothing in terms of policies and development.
Argh global politicians - what an ordinary lot we have to choose from.
Anyway - sorry folks I wont ramble any more but if govt does not get pro active and serious SVM will be left holding a PFS and nothing else much like GBE who have been stalled for 7 years.
