I am hoping the rutile is achieved to pay for the very expensive diesel power generation in the initial years of operations.

Huge solar project to commence next year to feed into the grid.
The Zambia inter connect feed which should be in place now - has - as always in Malawi - seen delays.
However more and more power projects are flagged over coming years.

Only problem being they are financed privately (Chinese European Japanese etc) - which sees them own the infrastructure or provide loans to Malawi which may place them in a precarious situation.
Anyway it's the state of play in Malawi and electricity is paramount to all people and growth.

2020 will be prosperous. Trump gone and winding back trade embargos - global growth will return and SVM will have everything ready to go. Mining license - sales agreements - logistics - financiers - etc and of course global demand for graphite increasing.
