@ralli posted on the GBE forum an article in "The Nation" from Rachel Etter Potter who is an editor on the "Mining in Malawi" publication also saying the new mines and minerals bill will be tabled at this current sitting of Parliament.
Even if it were - passing of the bill could be some way off and her comments were the bill is inadequate - still managed by a select few.
