- govt clarity/implement new MMB.
- binding sales agreements.
- increased production by double.
- binding logistics agreements.
- mining license.
- electricity
- project finance without Chinese stake.
- deliver on time and budget!!
THEN
- drill out next most prospective site
- lock in more product sales
- commence second world class - lowest cost graphite mine with premium coarse large size flake graphite with total combined production of 200 with profits in line with PFS now 160 million p.a. with big increase when grid electricity available.
