    Thanks for the clarification. Maybe the article I read was too general in stating the claim amount as USD 500M. I was expecting a settlement amount in excess of 50M (based on that source) if IMF was successful. Still IMF seems to be keeping the good "earnings" news rolling and 12M is definitely better than a proverbial kick in the butt.
