Surely they (CBA) should have erred in the side of caution in 2015 when they were first alerted to 'potential' criminal activity with a statement to the market stating as much, offering their position on the situation and promising to work with authorities...or something similar. Just because you think you're innocent doesn't mean you shouldn't inform the market that another party thinks you arent.
That's my view anyway. Seems likely to go ahead and independently of any criminal outcome.
