It seems IMF is feeling more confident in pursing this type of claim:- directors failing to make appropriate or inadequate ongoing disclosure.  Public Liability insurers seem accommodative.

...  everything is okay, say the directors (but for a dead fish, the Inpex Ichthys LNG project, that no-one truly likes to talk about.)  Past director Trevor Rowe and outgoing chief executive Richard Leupen  must be repressing the expletive  "Jesus Christ!"
