    The next big case is likely to be the Wivenhoe Dam class action.

    This has been delayed frequently but should begin very soon.

    The share price probably has been creeping up in anticipation of this event.

    It is likely to be settled out of court and this could happen quite suddenly.

    The value of this case to IMF is considerable.
