"You love to twist what i say so i look foolish."
It is not a personal thing; its just that a statement along the lines of "I bought the stock yesterday, and lo, the market this morning has chosen to recognise the value" on a day when just about every stock in the market is up is a bit meaningless, especially in the context of it being the dividend yield that has suddenly caused the stock to go up.
The dividend yield has been attractive for some time now, and that hasn't stopped the stock price falling.
Out another way, if the market falls by 10%, I can assure you that IFL, being a direct market derivative - will bash right through your somewhat arbitrary 10% grossed up dividend threshold.
For the simple reason that the dividend would likely be reduced.
