Listening to the webcast IOOF management seem to think that the potential regulatory/compliance costs are likely to be modest whereas the analysts asking questions seem to have fears that these costs could be much higher and comparable to AMP. If IOOF management is correct combined with completion of the ANZ transaction (and these are big "ifs") and the the market fears subside, I think there could be significant upside to the IOOF share over the next 12 months.
