The anz adg have a loooong way to go in terms of margin but I think dc will sort them out.

60-90% por to pay down the debt seems sensible.
Still a pile of headwinds but given the 9% shorted, the yield and the current multiple, I think ifl will head back up towards 7-8 dollars.
