Given all the water that still needs to flow under the bridge between now and the full-year result, and all the possible permutations of potential outcomes, I don't think the board have even come close to considering what the final dividend will look like.
They have got far too many balls in the air currently than to worry about capital management 6 months hence, when they don't even really know what the business might look like at that stage.
