- Advises that it has reached an agreement with responsible ministries in tanzania
- Minister of mining and energy has confirmed that Tancoal Energy Limited will continue its current mining operations
- Agreement will not impact current mining operations but will reduce Tancoal's coal resources
- Agreement regard to allocating an area of its coal tenements to dangote industries Tanzani
