- MOU for China Opportunities
- entered into mou with Avest Capital Company for development, construction and operation of indoor skydiving facilities across China
- ISA Group's level of investment in JV co may be up to 35 percent
- Isa group will have option to top up investment to a total maximum investment of 49% of each project
