- Uk largest childcare training provider to be acquired
- Lara Group's Ceo, Allan Presland, to join ict's board of directors as executive director
- Confirm that current core activities and programs offered by icollege remain operational and unaffected by proposed acquisition
- Signed a binding term sheet with Lara Group in relation to proposed acquisition by company of 100% of issued capital in Lara Group
- Consideration will be satisfied by issue of fully paid ordinary shares in company at an issue price of $0.04 per share
- Andrew Vlahov has resigned his position as chief executive officer of Icollege Limited
- Company will appoint Allan Presland as group ceo
