    May 10 (Reuters) - iCollege Ltd (ICT) :

    • Acquisition of Australian Capital College
    • Signs binding term sheet with Capital College Student Services Pty Ltd in relation to proposed acquisition of 100% of Australian Capital College
    • 100 pct of total shares in ACC will be acquired by ICT for a total of 4.4 mln consideration shares
