Slight change of topic. What happened to the ATO investigation on doing equity raising's to pay special dividend's? I think HVN and Tabcorp did it a couple years ago and investors with super funds loved it due to franking credits. Is it illegal to do or why have firms stopped doing this as it seemed like a great easy win for management and yield shareholders
