Mid-Week Alert –HUB24 - BUY
HUB24 has agreed to buy independently owned financial planning licensee Paragem for $2 million along with a capped earn out of up to $6 million over three years. HUB24 shares have rallied strongly today on the announcement.
We believe the deal is a positive one and a good strategic fit. Through the combination HUB24 will gain exposure to $2.5 billion in FUM. Paragem currently licenses 20 advisory practices across Australia.
HUB24 remains a high risk buy for Members without exposure.
