Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX: HSN) today announced that Sperian Energy Corporation has signed a multi-year agreement for Hansen’s business process outsourced (BPO) services. The agreement includes the full Hansen Solutions Billing, Transaction Management, Operations, and Financial services for Sperian Energy’s retail operations.
As a growing company operating in 6 competitive energy markets, they were looking for a solution that would:
1. Support their expansion into additional power and gas markets; and address the regulatory and business challenges of entering new regions and services
2. Provide improved and outsourced management of their key back office functions, including billing, enrollments/drops, meter data management, remittance processing & financial reporting, and data warehouse self-service reporting
3. Improve their customer services communications
4. Manage the data conversion from their existing CIS.
