I haven't chked the A.R. - did HIL receive any upfront cash payment from WOW - for the transfer of any physical property when the deal was 1srt done ?

one potential "good thing" is that HIL will obviously get the rights to manufacturer the hillshoist etc etc back into itself .......for the sake of OZ - I "hope" management are smart enough to actuially make a quality product - rather than take the "easy" way .....and dump b-grade shite on the retail public ......

I rekon they are saying "we will get $$$$ out of WOW" ......am sure some sort of settlement will be reached !
