    Jan 21 (Reuters) - Hills Ltd:

    • Woolworths and Hills licencing agreement (HIL)
    • Announcement by Woolworths it will pursue sale or wind-up of masters and home timber & hardware businesses will not impact obligations of Woolworths under agreement
    • Agreement includes that Hills maintains ownership of its heritage brand and the intellectual property in product patents and designs
