I registered just so I could post this.

Over the past few trading sessions there have been quite a few "out of the market" trades placed between .21 and .245 cents.
I called my broker because these were not showing up in the exchanges quote boards but were showing up in my time and sales window.
He said they were legit and could be a number of reasons for it listing anything from FINRA to private placement. Maybe the recent option conversions (but I didn't see see anything that would point to that in the paperwork) could be in play.

So I'm presenting it to you guys in the hope that someone may have a bit of info on this matter because I have no clue.
