For the reason above the answer has to be highly speculative but yes the SPP becomes more attractive.
With the leverage to Cu, @ 3.5 c and rel. to historical the ask price is pretty good. However management's track record reflects the SPP (low).

I took up $2 K worth. Would have liked to do 2.5 to 3. Won't stretch to 5.
The way I figure it, they get a rocket under the SP, I get happier I buy more.
More likely it's a long drawn out painful affair and I grind it out (pun intended) along side them.
