I tend to look forward though. So, if I used my expectation of $115M, your enterprise value of $500M, and the net debt of $280M, then the value is closer to 6.8. Still good value, with a good growth outlook IMO.

I should have added to my post, would others please check and respond if I have made any errors? (Just as you have done)
