I have no idea where to get a hold of that information! Where do you get details of vet acquisitions? How do you get information about Banfield / Petsmart, they are both private now?

But in relation to your comment about their debt headroom - are you basing this on the lowered EBITDA, and therefore not being able to draw as much? Or are you referring to the special supplier facility they are repaying and considering to give up?
