GXL does have to get better at what they do. Last week I went in and bought some stuff from my local store, spent a few hundred dollars then came home and looked at their online site. I could have bought the same things for 30% less online and clicked and collected. Luckily I rang my local store and they kindly refunded the difference. Does not make a happy customer though, feeling like they are paying too much in store v online. Why do the two compete with each other when they are the same business?
