    Looks like a good deal.......picked this asset up for next to nothing, spent a little on it and now getting $8.6M, so now GWR will soon have $12M in the bank. Plus looks like getting the gold asset in production with Blackham generating some cash.....plus the investment in TNG........maybe the CP can be above 25cps soon.
