Gunson Resources (ASX:GUN) non-executive director Bill Bloking has acquired 1 million shares in the company through participation in its share purchase plan.
He paid a total of $15,000, or $0.015 each, for the shares, taking his total holding held directly and indirectly up to 16.2 million shares.
Bloking also holds 1.5 million unlisted options exercisable at $0.05 each, expiring on 8 November 2015; 1 million unlisted options exercisable at $0.06 each, expiring on 8 November 2015; and 1.5 million unlisted options exercisable at $0.08 each, expiring on 8 November 2015.
Gunson has recently started auger drilling at its Tanzanian mineral sands portfolio with a focus on the Southern Projects including the Madimba tenement.
This follows the completion of mapping and pan sampling that confirmed the prospectivity of known heavy mineral sand (HMS) occurrences and potential extensions to these occurrences.
Early findings from reconnaissance and early drilling of the Southern projects will be updated over the coming weeks.
