Shane Gannon has resigned from his role as chief financial officer of Goodman Fielder Limited (ASX:GFF) to take up the same position with Mirvac Group (ASX:MGR).
Goodman Fielder says Mr Gannon will remain with the company until December and has already begun searching for a replacement.
Managing director Chris Delaney thanked Mr Gannon for his contribution to Goodman Fielder.
Mr Delaney said Mr Gannon play an important role in ensuring the company can reinvest in its business and brands and support its strategic growth agenda.
Goodman Fielder generated a net profit of 109.8 million for fiscal 2013.
