    Dec 2 (Reuters) - Genex Power Ltd (GNX) :

    • Solar finance approval & executes Arena agreement-gnx.ax
    • Project finance credit approval received for up to aud$110 million
    • Debt package will be applied towards construction of project
    • Genex will now commence project construction program at Kidston
    • On target for first generation from Kidston Solar in q4 2017
