Dirty coal mine or a coal mine, dirty lithium mine or lithium mine?
Look at South Australia for blackouts due to relying on green energy. Just think about this, in the future, the demand on the electricity grid will be two - three times what it is today due to electric vehicles. Anyone with gas or coal power stations will make a mint because of the need for base load electricity, something that solar and the wind will not meet the demand of.
Wind turbines supply less than 1% of total energy needs globally. Global energy needs grow at 2% every year. At the moment there are 300,000 wind turbines. To maintain approx 1% supply of global energy, 300,000 wind turbines will need to be built every year.
I'm looking at investing in anyone with coal fire or gas power stations.
