West Australian is speculation with 70-80c for a GMM share. 52w GMM high was about 75c.
Maybe this one.
But a merger with a scrip has to be done with a relation to GXY share.
Relation of current GMM sp at 61.5 to 75 is 1.2195.
Current mcap of GMM is 191.6.
Factor 1.2195 = 233.65m
GXY mcap is 512.7m
Relation is 2.1943
So 2 GXY shares for 1 GMM share could be an outcome.
GXY has other lithium projects, GMM has Gold.
(have a look at the huge grades - this has been my reason to invest in GMM - what a lucky decision...-)
GMM has survived GXY in hard times and has had the skills for this nice progressions of Mt Cattlin.
I think a fair deal.
