That wouldn't be a good outcome for shareholders... I'd rather raise at a higher price and avoid unnecessary dilution... This reminds me of countless mining explorers that raise capital while waiting for drill results only to disappoint later... It always amazes me how they can actually raise the capital from investors without showing them the outcome...
