Normally a company would have a specific statement out to say drill program started . Or completed etc. Not such yet so most would assume have not started.
Have to read them carefully some times they are a bit suggestive... and you may assume something that is not the case.
They would be silly to actually start with saying so in exact words drilling commenced etc
And there is of a spike in share sales start of oil well or drilling program etc
