Good pickup on the director divestment.
Hard to know reasoning but does occur regularly. Who knows??
Profit taking. It has come out of a SMSF by the looks.
Could even be related to Budget changes and a possible need to reduce Super account balance. Discussion with accountancy colleague yesterday. She predicted that some larger SMSF's are going to divest to be invested through other entities. Interesting times we live in.
