They tend to go quiet before big announcements...my guess is they are close to, or have, tracked down "the neck" ..if so there will be a trading halt next...but detailed and accurate documentation will need to be tabled with it, which in itself takes time. One needs the patience of Job.

Pretty clear here their intentions:
