- Says has received update on karara project from Karara Mining Limited (KML)
- Says KML has extended the US$300 million fixed term loan facility to April 2018; it was due for repayment in April 2017
- Says co no longer has a contingent liability on shareholder guarantee provided to Ansteel for the term loan
