Cannot see how GBA can survive these claims. There is also a stat demand by another ex director for $248K as disclosed earlier. Breeze thinks that he can get away by not paying his people.
GBA has zero cash and a mounting legal fees not to mention more legal suits to follow, I would expect.
Sad story! No revenue stream in sight except legal expenses. Undoubtedly, shareholders will be the biggest losers in this unwarranted dispute.
