spoke to Dennis last week and he said the they had
restarted talks with a partner,
also talked about the need to drill a new well 1km from
where the 50 year old well is on the far edge of the field.
if this is right the field is 2km in diameter.(big field, going nowhere)
(imo) its a matter of convincing the partner
that drilling a new well in the middle of the field is going to be the way to go.
there's no way 60million barrels is going to be left there.
