Bluey your right in saying the funding will change the course of this Ship.
What surprises me is despite the company announcing Commercial Oil available in PHIL the sp didnt move its course.why would that be?
I understand for OIL drillin companies the SP impacts massively on commerical findings of OIL with how manu barrels they can actually produce and then ofcourse with a JV moving to the next phase take this to the next stage of price spike.
Do we have any JV round the corner?
