    Well done. It turns out true that they had placed a buyout bid for FXJ upon approval. 

    I didn't understand why Fairfax's MD bought NEC shares. Is it because He wants obtain a board position in NEC? 

    Anyway The Sp will respond strongly when they calculate fair value for FXJ
