Yeah, it makes no sense for FXJ to make a move on NEC, but the other way round it does. People read FXJ news online, listen to their radio stations in their cars, use their online websites like Domain, Drive, RSVP etc., and use their SVOD service Stan (partnered with NEC). NEC is mainly free-to-air TV with their streaming online... they really need FXJ and not the other way round I would think. So FXJ is doing good to make clear that it is not going after NEC, which puts them in the stronger negotiating position if a takeover offer occurs to maximise shareholder value.
