I hear what you saying but you can no longer put any reasonable value on the mastheads, it is a dying and bleeding business, it has changed since the internet and google and it will never be the same going forward
so you have to put a current value on it not past value, if you hold it for the next 100 years it won't change the fact that the Internet has destroyed mastheads value.
