This is exactly the same argument that Hywood and Marks were running yesterday. So far have seen limited mention in press coverage of the deal about the NZCCC experience as a counter factual to ACCC approval. The AFR has certainly ignored it in its coverage. It's article on ACCC element seems to treating as a fait accompli. Am I wrong to compare AUS to NZ?

Well AUS has had recent legislative change which enables this sort of thing and NZ hasn't. So maybe.
