This is why this deal is important, the assets and legacy should make way for a proper digital strategy with the resources to see that strategy to execution. I hold both companies, not a high holding (slowly decreasing) and await news of their future strategy that will be enabled with the critical mass provided. I would be prepared to invest more now that I see they shouldn't be on the slippery slope.
