Great deal for us to be picking up a business with complimentary suite and access to NBN customer's rurally. But even on the price paid. To be picking up a business with revenue of 2.4m after synergies for $1.3-$1.5 is a cracking deal.
Where are you getting 5.5m from? Prospectus forecast is 5.3 for FY17, and I'm not expecting immediate growth but, yes for a $14m Market Cap on a possible FY18 revenue of around $8m is pretty exciting for a company like this.. Market is asleep!
