I imagine they placed a liner using a liner hanger?

If this is the case I would imagine a delay at the very least 3 days.

Drilling high pressure formations can lead to problems higher up the hole, the mud weight needed to in the higher pressure zones can break the lower pressured formations down and cause lots of hole problems.

Of course there are a few other reasons why CSG may be run but I'm guessing this one as it is quite common.
