It's interesting how to read all the conflicting signs as an equity investor in property. On one instance uptick in mining and wa based jobs is noticeable given my own searches but the flipside is property being mute and down here in Wa. Yet interest rates are not yet tight giving me a tough time working out where we are in the property cycle. You then have market noise arguing that equity prices are stretched and that we're due for a squeeze as easy credit and liquidity is crunched and the flight from equity as rates rise here and overseas.
Given the equity market should be forward looking given future profit and good news will drive sp not how negative or positive things are current (after all money is made buying when times are most dark and avoiding when things seem brightest and most counterintuitive).
